This Refund Policy outlines how AedisPro ("AedisPro", "we", "our", or "us") handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for users of our platform. AedisPro provides digital estimation and take-off services, SaaS subscriptions, and credit-based plans — all delivered electronically.

By creating an account or purchasing any subscription, credit package, or digital service through the AedisPro platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Subscription Plans – recurring monthly or annual subscriptions that provide ongoing access to AedisPro platform services.
  • Credit Packages – one-time digital purchases of measurement or estimate credits.
  • Add-On Services – any additional digital services or upgrades purchased through the platform.

AedisPro does not sell physical products.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to AedisPro are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees for all plan types (monthly, annual, or otherwise).
  • One-time credit purchases and add-on services.
  • Renewal or auto-renewal payments.
  • Payments made in advance for future use of services.

Refunds, credits, or reversals will not be issued for:

  • Partial usage, inactivity, or unused credits.
  • Dissatisfaction after the service has been delivered or accessed.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.

Exceptions may be made only if required by applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your AedisPro subscription at any time from your account's billing section or by contacting our support team at support@aedispro.com.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have full access to the platform during that period.
  • No prorated refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused days or remaining time.
  • Your subscription will automatically stop renewing after the current period ends.

5. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased under the Credit Plan are non-refundable once added to your account. They remain valid until used or expired (as per your plan's terms).

If credits are not used before expiry, they cannot be refunded, reissued, or transferred.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our billing team within seven (7) days of the transaction at support@aedispro.com.

We will review the issue and, if an error occurred, take corrective action which may include a refund or account adjustment at our discretion.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, please contact AedisPro before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Payment Processing and Fees

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment processors. Refunds (where required by law) can only be made to the original payment method.

Please note that payment processor or currency conversion fees may be non-refundable in accordance with Stripe's policy.

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in business practices, laws, or regulations.

Any updates will take effect immediately upon posting to our website, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly.
