You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access AedisPro, you must create an account through our identity provider (Auth0).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials; and
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Dimetryx Ltd is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to certain Services requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You authorise Stripe and Dimetryx Ltd to store and process your payment details.
• Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Dimetryx Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to use AedisPro solely for lawful, professional, and internal business purposes.

You must not:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the Services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our systems;
• Upload any unlawful, harmful, or infringing material;
• Use AedisPro to develop a competing service.

Dimetryx Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual-property rights in AedisPro—including software, design, databases, and documentation—remain the exclusive property of Dimetryx Ltd and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any project data and content uploaded by you, subject to the rights granted herein for service provision and AI model optimisation.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We endeavour to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Dimetryx Ltd may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance or improvement.

9. Accuracy of AI-Generated Outputs

AedisPro incorporates AI-driven analytics, take-off automation, and estimation tools. While designed for professional use, AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• Dimetryx Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Dimetryx Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated or user-uploaded content;
• Any loss resulting from failure to review or verify AI outputs before use.

Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dimetryx Ltd in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dimetryx Ltd, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Violation of third-party rights; or
• Negligence or misconduct in using AI-generated data.

12. Termination

Dimetryx Ltd may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, your right to use AedisPro ceases immediately, but provisions concerning intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

13. Confidentiality

We treat your uploaded data as confidential. We will not disclose project information to third parties except as required for service provision, legal compliance, or AI model training in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services

AedisPro integrates with third-party providers such as Auth0, Stripe, Google Analytics, Azure, and SendGrid. Your use of these features may be subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Amendments

We may revise these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available at https://aedispro.com/terms with the updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
